Westec Express will offer a Premier Parts Service along with the normal services offered by Westec. We will first endeavor to negotiate the lowest price possible on the order, and pass that savings on to our customers.

We have known the frustration, when you have an expensive or critical piece of equipment under repair waiting for parts from the USA, of trying to deal with dealer networks of National Parts Department of Major US Manufacturers from half a world away. Worse yet, in certain cases you have to deal with Representatives of US Manufacturers based in Europe who often know very little of the products of their American partner. All of this adds to the slow dispatch -sometimes weeks or even months - when time is crucial.

The goals of Westec Express are to streamline and therefore speed the process with which you acquire spares, reduce down time on your costly equipment, to do it with service better than you would have - even with a personal agent in the U.S., and to give each and every shipment the attention that it deserves.

On orders under 70 Kg., and with Customs restrictions in mind, we can assure our customers of prompt attention and speedy delivery. With Westec Express’ Premier Parts Service you can expect a 72 to 96 (working day hours) hour service to your door, from the time of acceptance and mutually agreed payment terms virtually anywhere in the world – and this has been tested successfully for several years.

On larger sized orders, or for orders from more than one manufacturer we will have parts shipped over night for consolidation in our Texas facility before final shipment to you.

Our pledge at Westec Express to you is to treat every order as “special” – to electronically track each individual shipment to see that it is delivered to you asap – and to step in and move the shipment on when it might be otherwise be delayed. And, again, to negotiate the very best price with the various suppliers in your behalf.

In most cases the invoice will be faxed or e-mailed to you for your approval, but for emergency orders, and by your wish the shipment will be shipped under the following Terms and Conditions immediately, without negotiation, and with your confidence in Westec Express to bargain the lowest price in your behalf.

All orders using the Premier Westec Express service will be dispatched with utmost haste and urgency to facilitate rapid response and quick shipping of orders. Invoices may either be paid by credit card (Master Card or Visa), cash transfers before shipping, or other arrangements mutually agreeable with you and us.

All orders under $200 will be charged a flat rate of $60 plus applicable shipping and handling . All orders over $200 will be charged a 30% service charge over the negotiated lowest price and cost of shipping and handling. etc.
